  • Charity O’Reilly, LPC
    Charity O’Reilly, MS, LPC is a trauma therapist who has been practicing since 2006. After working in victim services for 15 years, she opened a trauma intensives retreat center, where she provides EMDR intensives to clients from all over the world. Charity coauthored her first book last year, You Will Get Through This: A Mental Health Tool Kit, and it was named one of the Best Resource Guides of 2025. She has been featured talking about trauma healing on multiple podcasts and on Letters from Love with Elizabeth Gilbert. Charity lives with her husband, chickens, cats, and many foster kittens on a homestead on Lenape Land in what is now called Bucks County, Pennsylvania.

    Julia Nepini, LCSW is the founder of Compassionate Counseling Company, where she has dedicated her career to helping individuals, couples, and families achieve personal growth and fulfillment. As a Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker in Massachusetts and Rhode Island, she specializes in guiding clients through life’s challenges with compassion and expertise. She earned her Master’s in Social Work from Bridgewater State College and is also a collaboratively trained divorce mediator and court-approved parenting coordinator, helping families navigate transitions with clarity and care. In addition to her clinical work, Julia is passionate about supporting fellow therapists in building successful and sustainable private practices. She founded Compassionate Consulting Company to provide mentorship, training, and business strategy for mental health professionals looking to grow and diversify their services. As a speaker and educator, she regularly shares insights on private practice development, ethical entrepreneurship, and client-centered care. Committed to innovation in the mental health field, Julia continues to create opportunities for both clinicians and clients to thrive.
