Dr. Aimee Harris, PhD, LPC, RPT-S™, ACS has over 15 years’ experience as a Licensed Professional Counselor. She is a Registered Play Therapist Supervisor™, and board approved clinical supervisor for LPC and LMFT residents. Dr. Harris has a PhD in Industrial and Organizational Psychology, specializing in workplace stress reduction, executive coaching, leadership analyzation and development, employee morale, productivity and employee wellness events. She is certified in FirstLine Therapy, a personalized lifestyle medicine approach that incorporates diet, exercise, and lifestyle intervention for managing and promoting health. Dr. Harris services Metagenics, a practitioner-exclusive supplement and service brand.
Dr. Harris is the CEO of Dimensional Wellness, an eclectic group of wellness providers who specialize in the eight dimensions of wellness. She recently formed a second business, Wellness Retreats, which focuses on health and wellness through retreats, continuing education and travel. Dr. Harris is the mother of two children who are everyday inspirations. She enjoys international solo travel, snorkeling, scuba diving, working out and meeting new people. Dr. Harris’ mission is to create a legacy of global wellness.
